GR successful in City of Burlington v. Burlington Airpark Inc. environmental claim

Thursday, July 14, 2016

The legal team of Ian Blue and Anna Husa, including Law Clerk Linda Robinson, were successful in a significant decision representing the City of Burlington in Ontario Superior Court in a decision that was released on June 30, 2016.

The City brought an application to decide the issue and was successful. As of this date, Airpark has not appealed
