Executive Summary

The focus of Nathalie Freiman Nayot’s practice is acquisitions, real estate transactions and corporate finance. She has acted in a variety of transactions for both private and public companies, REITs, limited partnerships and entrepreneurs in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, including retail complexes, retirement homes and apartment buildings. Nathalie’s experience spans the various stages of a transaction, from the completion of due diligence to the drafting and negotiation of key agreements.

Nathalie has also represented borrowers and lenders in a number of secured transactions involving private and institutional loans. She has advised businesses throughout various stages of their development, on matters ranging from corporate organization, shareholder disputes, mergers and acquisitions, and general contract law.
