Executive Summary

Will is an experienced corporate/commercial/securities practitioner in the firm’s Health Law, Hospitality and Commercial Real Estate groups. Called to the Bar of Ontario in 1984, Will has developed, in his 25 years of practice, expertise in the following areas:

  • real estate securities and exempt financings, including limited partnerships and real estate investment trusts, public offerings and private placements, joint ventures
  • real estate and commercial secured lending and financing, mezzanine financing
  • commercial real estate, commercial, residential and resort condominiums
  • corporate/commercial aspects of Health Law, including MPCs, joint ventures, association agreements, supply agreements, hospital agreements, clinic structuring
  • contracts, corporate/commercial law, shareholders’ agreements, shareholders’ disputes
  • resort financing and development, hospitality, time share, fractional ownership

Mr. Lambert also serves as a director of the Canadian Resort Development Association (“CRDA”) and was previously Chairman of the Board.
