Executive Summary

Zev practices in the area of real estate and corporate/commercial law. 

Zev acts for owners, developers, lenders, landlords, property and asset managers and tenants of all types of multi-residential, office, industrial and retail properties in regards to negotiating acquisitions and sales, leases and related agreements, structuring transactions and enforcement of landlord and tenant rights and remedies.

Zev also practices corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on asset and share acquisitions and financing and corporate structuring. He has had significant exposure to a wide variety of transactional work for both private and public companies as well as startup, technology companies. 

Zev represents real estate developers with respect to the acquisition of real property for commercial, multi residential, condominium and retirement home development purposes and various agreements ancillary to such purposes such as governmental and City based agreements, construction management agreements, CCDC contracts, bonding and property management agreements.

He also acts on behalf of Schedule I banks, Tier 1 lenders and lending syndicates and corporate borrowers for primary, secondary, mezzanine and construction real property loan facilities.
