Lynne is an associate lawyer at Gardiner Roberts LLP, practicing in the area of non-profit and charity law. Her practice includes corporate compliance, governance and policy work, as well as all matters related to charitable registration and compliance. Lynne provides tax advice to non-profit organizations, registered charities and other types of qualified donees and advises clients on corporate matters including the incorporation, continuance, dissolution, and restructuring of not-for-profit corporations. She has written several articles and summaries about the development of the law for non-profits and charities including those published by LexisNexis Canada and The Philanthropist Journal.

In addition to her legal practice, Lynne volunteers with charities in her community in Toronto and is a current member of the Charity and Not-for-Profit Law Sections of the Ontario and Canadian Bar Associations.

Prior to joining the firm, Lynne practiced non-profit and charity law with a boutique law firm.
