Kaitlyn Ledingham practices in the area of Real Estate and Corporate Commercial law.
Her practice focuses on commercial real estate and general corporate matters, with a concentration on acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, landlord and tenant side leasing and ground leasing.
Kaitlyn has acted in a variety of transactions for both private and public companies, REITs, limited partnerships and entrepreneurs in connection with the purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, including retail complexes, retirement homes and apartment buildings. Kaitlyn also practices corporate/commercial law, with an emphasis on asset and share acquisitions, secured financing transactions and assisting start-up companies with incorporation, corporate structuring and financing.

Beyond the Office
In her free time, Kaitlyn enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing intramural sports, reading non-fiction books, shopping at St. Lawrence Market and travelling.
