Executive Summary

Aman earned her Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Commerce from Toronto Metropolitan University. While in law school, she was grateful to receive the Staffieri Family Scholarship, TMU’s largest renewable entrance award and the Spring Forward Award, given to 10 graduating students in recognition of academic achievement and leadership.

During her studies, Aman placed second in the Workly Law Moot (focused on employment law), won the Lincoln Alexander Negotiation Cup among 80 participants, and represented TMU at the Arnup Cup as defence counsel. She also volunteered with Kensington-Bellwood’s Community Legal Services, supporting community members navigating landlord-tenant disputes.

Prior to law school, Aman worked at EY Law LLP and PwC Law LLP, assisting clients with U.S. work authorization. Earlier in life, she spent much of her time playing competitive soccer and travelling around the world.

Aman has a growing interest in litigation, particularly in the areas of employment, professional liability, and health law. Outside her legal work, she supports her community by managing corporate sponsorship and volunteering initiatives at Eden Food for Change, a local food bank, and by facilitating monthly legal workshops at the Women’s Centre of Halton alongside lawyers from across the GTA.

In quieter moments, Aman enjoys being with her seven-year-old son, Kai, and exploring her love for food, fashion, and film.
