Selina Piekarski

Selina is an associate and a member of the Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts. Her practice focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions and dispositions, land development, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and real estate financing. She represents landowners, developers, entrepreneurs, lenders, landlords, and tenants in transactions involving vacant land, mixed-use residential, and commercial properties.

In addition to her real estate practice, Selina advises on corporate and commercial matters, including share and asset transactions, as well as corporate structuring and reorganizations. She holds a Master of Laws in Taxation from Osgoode Hall Law School, and brings a valuable tax-informed perspective to her commercial real estate and transactional work.
