Lindsay Poole

Lindsay is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Gardiner Roberts. She maintains a broad litigation practice with a focus on commercial disputes and professional liability matters. Lindsay first joined the firm as a summer and articling student before returning as an associate.

Lindsay earned her JD from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University, where she completed her Professional Placement with the Ontario Court of Justice. During law school, she represented her school in a number of advocacy competitions, including the Mathews Dinsdale National Labour Arbitration Competition and the Canadian Client Consultation Competition.
