Anna Husa

Anna is a partner at Gardiner Roberts and a member of the firm’s Dispute Resolution Group.

Anna’s practice spans a wide range of commercial litigation and professional liability matters. She is frequently involved in banking and brokerage disputes, injunctions and other urgent relief, fraud-related claims, and contractual and shareholder disagreements. She also has extensive experience handling professional liability matters involving lawyers, real estate agents, auditors, and investment advisors.

Anna has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, and she regularly represents clients in complex commercial arbitrations. Clients value her thoughtful approach, steady guidance, and commitment to achieving practical, effective results.
