Amanda is an associate lawyer and member of the Non-Profit and Charities group, where she advises clients on corporate governance, commercial agreements, and charitable regulatory compliance. She represents exclusively charities and non-profits in matters regarding CRA filings, charity applications, gifting agreements, and non-qualified donees.

Amanda began her legal career practicing at a boutique charity and non-profit law firm in Toronto before joining Gardiner Roberts.
