Gardiner Roberts LLP assisted Missinippi Rail LP in the negotiation of a partnership agreements with FairfaxAGT, to form Arctic Gateway Group Limited Partnership. Arctic Gateway Group Limited Partnership acquired Hudson’s Bay Railway, and the port facility at Churchill, Manitoba, from Denver-based OmniTRAX, Inc. Missinippi Rail LP is a limited partnership comprised of aboriginal bands and municipalities.
