In this role, she works closely with the CEO, Executive Committee, and COO to ensure alignment across short- and long-term priorities, helping translate strategic goals into meaningful results.
A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Mary is a recognized thought leader in law firm management. She has spoken and participated in panel discussions across North America on strategic planning and financial management, and has contributed articles and ideas on the effective use of technology, particularly production and financial software, to support the business goals of law firms. Mary is also an active participant in roundtable discussions on issues affecting the legal industry.
Mary is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the leading professional organization for law firm managers in North America.
