Executive Summary
Mary is the Chief Administrative Officer for the firm and is responsible for special projects related to business strategies that produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall firm strategy and mission. As part of this responsibility, Mary works with the CEO, the Executive Committee and the COO, ensuring alignment with short-term and long term objectives.
Mary is a CPA. She has been a speaker and participated in panel discussions, throughout North America, relating to strategic planning and financial management, especially as it relates to law firms. In addition, she has contributed articles and ideas regarding the use of technology, including production and financial software, to advance the business goals of law firms. She has also participated in many “round table” discussions on various topics relevant to law firms.
Mary is member of the Association of Legal Administrators, the definitive association for law firm managers in North America.
