Isaac is an associate in the firm’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where he focuses on all aspects of commercial real estate. His practice includes acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing, commercial leasing. Isaac has also begun expanding his practice area to incorporate his client’s general corporate needs, such as setting up corporations, drafting shareholder and partnership agreements, and general corporate contracts. This has allowed Isaac to regularly advise clients on complex transactions across a range of asset classes.
