Executive Summary

Conal is an associate in the Transportation & Logistics Law Group at Gardiner Roberts. His practice covers a wide range of maritime and transportation disputes, including cargo claims, property damage and casualty matters in the Superior and Federal Courts, as well regulatory proceedings before federal and provincial authorities.

Alongside his transportation work, Conal also represents clients in general commercial litigation and insurance matters. He is an active member of both the Canadian Transport Lawyers Association and the Canadian Maritime Law Association.

Before joining Gardiner Roberts in 2022, Conal practised at Fernandes Hearn LLP, where he gained valuable experience in transportation and commercial litigation.
