Executive Summary
Eliane is a lawyer in our Corporate and Commercial Group whose practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and securities law. She advises clients on a broad range of matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, corporate governance, and regulatory and compliance matters. She also provides strategic legal counsel to emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycle.
Eliane regularly advises Canadian and international clients on cross-border matters and works closely with foreign companies looking to do business in or with Canada. Before joining Gardiner Roberts, she practised law in São Paulo, Brazil for seven years, bringing a valuable international perspective to her work.
