Executive Summary
Isabel (Kisook) Yoo is an associate who works with the Director of Legal Research to provide in-depth legal analysis and opinions in support of the firm’s Dispute Resolution lawyers. She assists with the development of litigation strategy and arguments, and regularly drafts pleadings and written advocacy materials across a wide range of legal issues.
Before joining Gardiner Roberts in this role, Isabel practised civil litigation at a full-service firm. Earlier in her career, she articled as a judicial law clerk with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, where she refined her research and analytical skills and gained valuable insight into the judicial decision-making process.
