Katherine is a member of the Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts.
Her practice focuses on all matters relating to commercial real estate including acquisitions and dispositions, land development, joint ventures, commercial leasing, and real estate financing. Katherine represents land owners, developers, entrepreneurs, lenders, landlords, and tenants in transactions relating to vacant land, mixed-use residential, industrial and commercial properties.
Katherine practices corporate commercial law and advises regarding share and asset acquisitions and dispositions, in addition to corporate structuring and reorganization.
Prior to joining Gardiner Roberts, Katherine worked as in-house counsel for a global real estate investor, where she worked on retail and office leasing, the disposition of commercial real estate, and the development and operations of retail shopping centres nationwide.
