Nikolas is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at Gardiner Roberts. He maintains a broad litigation practice, with experience in shareholder and corporate disputes, securities class action defence, fraud and breach of trust claims, estates litigation, professional negligence defence, and various other business and contractual disputes.
Before joining Gardiner Roberts, Nikolas practised at a Toronto commercial litigation boutique and, before that, at Atlantic Canada’s largest law firm. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Nova Scotia Supreme Court, and has been involved in domestic and international arbitration, including before the Permanent Court of Arbitration.
Nikolas is committed to clear, persuasive advocacy grounded in practical strategy and sound judgment. He works closely with clients to understand their objectives, assess risk, and advance their interests inside and outside the courtroom.
