Peter is an associate in the Commercial Real Estate Group at Gardiner Roberts, where his practice focuses on commercial real estate financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. He regularly advises clients on related leasing and corporate and commercial matters, and frequently represents institutional borrowers as well as senior and subordinate lenders in secured financing transactions, ranging from conventional term loans to complex construction loan facilities.
Peter also has broad experience acting for buyers and sellers in real estate transactions involving a wide range of asset classes, including multi-residential, retail, office, and industrial properties, as well as educational facilities and long-term care homes.
Peter has practised law in Ontario since 2017. Before joining Gardiner Roberts, he spent his career at a boutique commercial real estate firm in downtown Toronto, which merged with Gardiner Roberts in January 2025.
