Howard practises exclusively in civil litigation, representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. He has a broad-based litigation practice and advises clients across a wide range of complex disputes, bringing a thoughtful and strategic approach to resolving challenging matters.

His experience includes commercial litigation such as corporate governance and management disputes, oppression remedy claims, breaches of fiduciary duty, and contractual disputes. Howard also acts in real estate litigation including purchase and sale disputes, mortgage enforcement and commercial leasing disputes, construction litigation, employment disputes, and intellectual property matters.

In addition, Howard represents clients in insurance-related litigation, including professional negligence, personal injury, and defamation claims, as well as matrimonial disputes and estate disputes.
