Rojin Jazayeri

Rojin is a partner in our Corporate and Commercial Group. Her practice spans all areas of business and corporate law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and secured loan transactions. She advises clients across a range of industries, including health and fitness, dental, hospitality, technology, logistics and manufacturing. Rojin also draws on her background in litigation, which has made her a strategic and effective negotiator and a strong advocate for her clients’ interests in complex transactions.

In addition to her transactional work, Rojin supports her corporate clients with their ongoing day-to-day corporate legal needs, including business formation and structuring, contract review, corporate reorganizations, secured loans and other matters. She is a trusted and approachable advisor to her clients and takes a collaborative approach to client service.

Beyond her corporate law practice, Rojin also maintains a developing entertainment law practice where she advises creatives on all aspects of their legal needs.

• Acted as counsel to the founders of an AI-consulting firm to TELUS in a transaction valued at over $22 million
• Acted as counsel on the sale of 12 medspa clinics to a private equity firm and the founder’s rollover investment in the purchaser entity
• Acted as counsel to an information technology consulting company in its sale to a US-based conglomerate in the IT and cybersecurity industry through an exchangeable share structure
