Defamation lawsuit against Ontario Premier Doug Ford dismissed by the Court of Appeal for Ontario

Gavin Tighe and Alexander Melfi, with support from the firm’s director of Legal Research, Stephen Thiele, were successful in defending Ontario Premier Doug Ford in a defamation lawsuit brought by ex-OPP deputy Brad Blair. The case was dismissed by the Court of Appeal for Ontario.
