The Gardiner Roberts Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group is comprised of highly accomplished lawyers who have appeared as counsel at all levels of court in Ontario and other provincial jurisdictions, as well as before the Federal Court and the Supreme Court of Canada. Our litigators have also represented clients before virtually all regulatory and administrative tribunals, including security industry tribunals in Canada and the United States, and have acted as special prosecutors in quasi-criminal matters relating to the enforcement of provincial legislation. Our clients include banks and brokerages, local, provincial and federal governments, not for profit organizations, professional regulatory bodies and professional liability insurers, public and private companies both national and international in scope, as well as a variety of small and medium business owners and professionals.

Our Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group has a long tradition of excellence. Our group counts, among its current and former members, a number of judges, including of the Ontario Court of Appeal, Masters of the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and a Law Society Bencher.
